Background in fashion is a must

CUTCO SALES REP & OTHER OPPORTUNITIES
Everyone in our company starts out as a Cutco sales rep and then can move up into management or more of a career sales rep position. Once someone gets over a certain level in career sales, they are eligible to work homeshow booths, work with our Realtor closing gift program, or move into an office manager position where they would be essentially running their own business (interviewing/training/coaching). New reps make $16 per appt. completed, or more in commissions, but never less than the $16 per appt. regardless of sales. Commissions start at 10% and go up to 50% based on career sales level. Reps can make anywhere from a few hundred dollars per week up to a few thousand a week, depending on their schedule/results. We currently have 3 offices in Arizona, and our goal is to have 16 offices in AZ by May 2011, so we are definitely looking for people who want to move up quickly. Office managers routinely make 6 figure income and have the independence of running their own business. Many reps are college students and recent grads, but we also have plenty of reps in their late 20's and 30's, there are even a few reps on my team in their 50's and 60's that work part time just for supplemental income.
